How do I book a Stylin' Makeover?
Stylin' Makeovers must be made by appointment. Just call us or stop by the store to receive your cool Admission Ticket for your magical
transformation. (We are unable to book appointments over the Internet).
How do I book a Royal Princess Tea Party or Rock'n Diva Banquet?
Parties are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. You may complete the Contact Us Form to request your preferred party date or simply
call us for availability. Party dates are not considered confirmed until a $50 non-refundable deposit is received. The balance is due anytime
prior to your party date.
How far in advance do I need to reserve a Party?
Currently, parties are being booked 1-2 months in advance. You may book a party with less notice, but, weekend party bookings fill up fast. We
offer parties after 4pm on weekdays, Saturdays at 10:30, 2pm and 5:30, and Sundays at 12:30 or 4:00pm.
What if I need to cancel my party?
Your deposit is non-refundable, so please be certain of the date. However, should you have to cancel for an unforeseen reason, prior to 4
days notice, we will be happy to reschedule your party for an alternate date and apply your deposit to the new date. Should you cancel within 4
days of your party date, additional fees of 10% of party total will apply, since invitations, food, cake, and beverages would have already been
ordered. Parties canceled within 4 days of party date is not eligible for deposit re-use. A new deposit will be required to re-book.
How long will you hold a party date for me?
Because our parties are very popular, we can only put a party date on hold for 24 hours from the date that you call. After 24 hrs, your
requested date becomes available to the next royal guest, unless we receive your deposit to secure and confirm it.
Do you allow Videotaping?
For security and privacy reasons, Videotaping is not permitted (except for the Red Carpet Fashion Show and blowing out the Birthday cake
candles). Still pictures are allowed.
When do you need the Final Count and Guest List and when do I pay my balance?
We will need your Final Count and guest list at least 5-7 days prior to your party date, so that we can order the appropriate food and staffing,
as well as, to type up the placecards. Your party balance is due when you give us your Final Count. Payment must be made at least 2 days
prior to your party date. Should additional girls show up, payment must be made for them prior to the start of your party.

If a child doesn't show up, do I still pay for that child?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we would much prefer not to charge you for children that simply do not show
up. However, because we would have already ordered supplies, hired staffing, and ordered food for the final count that you gave us, you
would be charged for the total of your final count of guests. In addition, if a child chooses not to participate during the party, you are still
charged for your final count. There is a minimum of a 6-girl party (including birthday girl).

What about unexpected guests, parents, or younger siblings?
If an unexpected child shows up and participates in the party and/or Makeovers in any way, the additional child cost will apply. Small siblings
of guests are welcome to stay as long as there is proper parental supervision. Our Royal Maiden Imagineers will be very busy pampering
the party guests and are not able to watch small children. Many of our accessories and gifts in our retail store consist of small parts, which
are not suitable for very young children and some items are breakable. We hold no responsibility or liability for the supervision of young
children. Items that are damaged by young children is the responsibility of the parent to pay for the item.
Parents of guests are welcome stay and enjoy a cup of English tea in our Grownup area. Please ask parents to stay in the Grownup area.
Proper pampering can get very hectic, and we need the space around the Makeover station and the hallways to walk back and forth with the
party girls.

What is the minimum and maximum number of girls for a birthday party?
The minimum number of girls is 6 (including the birthday girl) and the maximum is 15. Although our party room can accommodate up to 20
girls, we recommend keeping the count between 6-15 to ensure proper pampering. If over 15 girls is a must, we recommend the "Makeover
Special" party package. See our Birthday Parties page for specific package information.
Special diets and allergies?
When booking your party, please notify us of any allergies to the food/drink options or any makeup allergies. Divas and Princesses is not
responsible or liable for any allergic reactions. It is up to parents to notify and specify which items should not be used or served. We will
work with you and do our best to provide substitutions, if necessary.
Do you offer goody bags?
We give the girls jewelry and accessories with their makeovers. In addition, they take their craft activity and Glamour Photo home. We also
sell additional goody bags filled with several items such as lipgloss, tattoos, beads, etc. Also, we have many small items in our retail
section of the store that you can buy to add to them if you wish.
What about boys?
It's a girl thing! However, if a male sibling wants to share in the cake and ice-cream portion of the party, let us know and we can advise as to
an approximate time when the cake will be served, so that he can arrive later. We recommend keeping the party to girls only, as there are no
"boy-specific" activities. Should a boy be present, it is up to the boy's parent to entertain him, while we focus on the little divas/princesses.
What ages are appropriate for Makeovers?
4 and up. Even Moms have asked for parties! We're working on that!
How should girls dress or wear their hair on party day?
Please alert all invited guests that hair should be freshly washed (preferably the day of the party). Their hair should be clean, washed,
combed out and untangled, and unstyled or in a ponytail. Hair that is already styled (braids, etc.) will not be undone. Dress as you wish,
however, we suggest that Princesses wear Princess-like gowns or dresses and Divas wear "Rock Star" type clothing.
How can I pay?
Cash is the preferred method of payment, however, we also accept Visa or MC. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your
party date. The balance is due 2 days prior to party day. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED!
